How do I set up the stand and adjust the angle?

The Shift Magnetic Case supports 9 stand angles in both portrait and landscape, plus raised screen view in landscape.


Please refer to the picture below to set up the stand and adjust the angle.


● Landscape: 6 viewing mode angles (30°–75°); 3 writing mode angles (15°–25°); raised screen view.


● Portrait: 6 viewing mode angles (30°–75°); 3 writing mode angles (15°–25°). Please note: raised screen view is not supported in portrait.

Why do the magnets not hold my iPad securely?

This case has a detachable design, connecting the iPad’s inner case and outer cover with magnets. It may feel slightly loose to allow easy switching between usage modes and adjusting viewing angles, but the magnets are strong and keep your iPad securely in place.

What should I do if the Apple Pencil is not charging with the case on?

If you're having trouble charging your Apple Pencil with the case on, it's likely because you're using a Pencil cover. Please remove the Pencil cover and try charging the Pencil again. 

 

If the issue persists, please contact us for a free replacement.

Can I use the detachable back cover with the Apple Smart Keyboard?

The back cover doesn't have a cutout for the Smart Connector, so it's not compatible with the Apple Smart Keyboard.

What should I do if the case doesn’t fit my device or if I received a used or damaged product, and how can I get a replacement in these cases?

If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.

How to find your device model:

iPad: go to Settings > General > About > Model Name/Model Number

If the product I received is used or damaged. Please send us a photo of the item you received, along with your shipping address, and we will send a free replacement.

Why is this iPad case slightly larger and heavier?


Our case is slightly heavier because it has a two-piece design: a protective inner shell and a versatile outer cover. The inner case delivers reliable drop protection and can be used alone when you want something lighter. The detachable outer cover lets you switch between adjustable landscape and portrait viewing angles for work, entertainment, or creative tasks.
