How do I securely attach the MagSafe Ring Stand to my phone?
Magnetic attachment issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.
Please check:
● Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
● Your case is either a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.
● Do not forcefully swing your phone with the Ring holder on.
Can the wireless charging be used with the MagSafe ring stand?
No, you must take the ring stand off first before charging your phone wirelessly.
