The ESR Rebound Magnetic Case is designed to give your iPad reliable everyday protection while keeping it slim, lightweight, and easy to carry. If you’re looking for enhanced durability, ESR also offers cases with a reinforced protective base that deliver superior defense against drops and bumps.
There are a few possible reasons why your Apple Pencil may not be charging with the ESR Classic Hybrid Back Case:
- The Apple Pencil cannot charge when Bluetooth is turned off. Please check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- The Apple Pencil charging pop-up only appears for about 3 seconds. Try removing and reattaching the Apple Pencil to the charging spot to check if it is charging.
- Stickers, wraps, or sleeves on your Apple Pencil may interfere with charging—please remove them.
- When installing your iPad into the case, insert it from the Apple Pencil charging side first to prevent deformation. If you notice the charging area is bent or misaligned after installation, contact ESR customer support for a replacement.
All of ESR’s clear cases are made with premium TPU materials that are designed to maintain clarity for as long as possible. However, TPU can naturally yellow over time when exposed to sunlight, sweat, or skincare products.
To prevent yellowing, clean your case regularly with an alcohol wipe and avoid extended exposure to these elements. If your ESR Classic Hybrid Back Case yellows during the warranty period, contact ESR for a free replacement—no return required.
If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.
How to find your device model:
iPad: go to Settings > General > About > Model Name/Model Number
If you've bought an ESR iPad case that matches your iPad model but are experiencing fit issues—such as the case being too loose, too tight, or leaving edges exposed—please contact ESR. Include photos of the issue, and our team will help you resolve it.
If the product I received is used or damaged. Please send us a photo of the item you received, along with your shipping address, and we will send a free replacement.
