How can I keep my iPad stable in landscape mode?

The inner lining of the cover uses anti-slip material to keep your iPad steady. For best results, avoid extreme angles and follow the setup shown below or in the manual.

How can I keep my iPad stable in portrait mode?

In portrait mode, the iPad’s higher center of gravity can make it wobble slightly. For the most stable setup, place your iPad in the middle fold of the front cover and avoid tapping or pressing the top of the screen too hard. See the diagram below or check the manual included for reference.

Why does my iPad feel loose on the magnets?

This case has a detachable design, connecting the iPad’s inner case and outer cover with magnets. It may feel slightly loose to allow easy switching between usage modes and adjusting viewing angles, but the magnets are strong and keep your iPad securely in place.

If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.
