This was the easiest screen protector i have ever installed and got no air bubbles. Was installed in seconds. All you do is place the phone face down in the provided holder, close the holder press down and pull the ribbon. Perfectly installed, cannot even tell it has one on it. Looks amazing. I have experienced no trouble with the on screen fingerprint reader. Feels very durable. If your looking for a great screen protector thats easy to install this is it.
The screen protector seems to be very high-quality, but that is no surprise since it’s made by Corning. It’s a great value for the money since you get three in one pack. Just make sure you order the correct size for whichever phone you have. There are so many that it’s very easy to get confused so please double check in your settings prior to ordering so you get it right.I cannot say enough good about how easy this was to install. It took me a minute to realize how it works, but once I did, I just put my phone in face down, close the case on top of it and pull the tab which removes the film that’s on the glass, essentially adhering to your phone in exactly the right spot. Literally could not be easier!The glass is crystal clear, you don’t even know it’s there except you have the peace of mind because it is. After applying, you may have a few air bubbles, but you just scrape those out, no problem. The glasses is very sticky so it’s not going to move around or let more air in. It will also let your phone read your fingerprint with no problem.
If you’re like me and take at least two times to install a screen protector to get it just right, then you should try ESR’s install method. It’s almost fool-proof (I say “almost” because nothing is 100%) and quick and easy. Watch the short video (scan the QR code to direct you to it) to give you a quick tutorial, and almost each step in the process is numbered accordingly (even the lint fabric wipe) so it’s, for the most part, self-explanatory.Just (1) wipe your phone with an alcohol wipe, (2) dry, (3) remove lint, (4) press phone into cutout frame shape and pull down tab (not up, not down, just straight towards you), and voila! No need to eyeball lining up the screen protector with the phone. There is also a fabric squeegee to smooth out those bubbles — if there are any.Everything is included in this kit, even three shots (screen protectors) in case you still mess it up the first time…or scratch it…or it starts peeling, etc. Fortunately I got it right the first time, and so far it’s held up. Compatibility is perfect on the Samsung S26 Ultra, with the film lining up almost to the edge of the screen.The screen film has a bit of a matte texture to it that does leaves streaks and fingerprint grime on it afterwards, but my fingers do glide over it as I’m using the phone without issue.Also, you do have to re-register your fingerprints after installing the screen protector, which takes a minute and is a little annoying to do. Otherwise, it really is a great screen protector. However, at this price point of over 30 bucks, I wish it came with lens protectors as well instead of just a screen protector. Also, this protector is more for scratches and not screen cracks.
I got the version for the S26 Ultra, and it has the best application process I have ever experienced. Even with the higher tier products including a template, or a whole enclosure, for applying on the screen protector, they had always required multiple steps. This one, once you have cleaned the screen and place it in the enclosure, all you do is press down on the enclosure to secure the phone in place, and pull the tab to apply the screen protector. I would consider this one step, and it's the quickest and easiest application process I have ever done for any screen protectors EVER. It is simply that amazing, and I easily recommend this product, as the quality of the screen protector itself is excellent, made by Corning themselves.One thing of note: The price is higher than I would have liked, at $36, meaning each screen protector is $12. However, and just stated, you do get three, and I feel the chance to screw up an application is greatly minimized by the super easy and one step process, that I feel the price is worth it. For me, there were no dust or bubbles afterwards. There was one tiny air pocket at the edge after I opened the enclosure, but it quickly settled itself and self-healed, and the result is what you see from my second, close-up photo. Absolutely flawless and perfect, I am so amazed.
